Vallby Open Air Museum is within walking distance of Västerås city center. A walk from the Central Station toward the district Vallby takes about 30 minutes.

Car or bus

Vallby Open Air Museum is located close to the highway E18, about 2 kilometers north of Västerås city center. There are signs leading towards Vallby Open Air Museum from the exit “Vallby-motet”.

There is free parking for cars, electric cars and buses. There are charging stations for type 2 connector. You need to bring your own charging cable.

City bus

City bus number 4 towards “Brottberga” is the blue line that stops at “Brandstation” with walking distance to the museum.
