Living history
During summer season living history is shown in many of the buildings. Come and meet the iron master on the 17th century farmstead, visit the people living in the 19th century farmstead or experience the daily life in the town of the early 20th century.
Guides in historical costumes will make the history come alive as they go about their daily chores. Maybe if you are lucky you will be just in time to taste the freshly baked bread or newly fried herring. You are invited to participate in different activities such as washing clothes or preparing wool.
